SBISD Community Education: Register By Mail

Unless otherwise instructed in course schedules or by our office staff, SBISD Community Education offers three (3) ways to register for classes: In Person, By Mail, and Online.

We accept MasterCard and Visa

We do not use an automatic Credit Card service. After receiving your information, usually within 24-48 hours, we will process your registration. SBISD will charge your credit card.

If there are any problems with your course selection (i.e. course is full), we will call you. (Make sure you provide a working phone number where you can be reached during daytime hours of 9am-4pm.)

You will receive your receipt and confirmation through the email address you provide below. (Make sure you provide your actual email address)

Please note the following:

Registration Fees - All fees must be paid at the time of registration.

A nonrefundable registration fee of $15.00 will be charged each Spring Branch resident. Individuals living in the 77024, 77043, 77055, 77077, 77079, & 77080 zip codes are consider Spring Branch Residents.

A nonrefundable registration fee of $20.00 will be charged each out-of-district registrant. An out-of-district registrant is any individual not living within the 6 zip codes listed above.

"Star Card" discount honored only at time of walk-in registration and is not valid for online registration.

All SBISD voluteers will receive a registration fee waiver on Community Education classes.

Refund Policy

Make sure you read and understand the following Refund Policy:

Requests for refunds received prior to the start of a course will receive a refund minus 25% of tuition. Registration fees are non-refundable. Students may receive a credit voucher (tuition minus registration fee) for a future course if a student drops a class prior to the second class meeting. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Community Education office. There is no cash refund once a class begins. A full cash refund will be made by mail (within approximately 3 weeks) only when a course is discontinued due to lack of enrollment. Proficiency in any class is not guaranteed at completion. Misprints in textbooks are the responsibility of the publisher. Please be sure you read and understand this.
